How I Can Help

Individual therapy, couples therapy, and parenting support — each grounded in warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to change.

Ways We Can Work Together

Individual therapy, couples therapy, and parenting support — each shaped around your specific needs and goals. Not sure which is the right fit? Reach out and we can figure it out together.

Individual Therapy

Therapy is a deeply personal process, rooted in genuine connection between client and therapist. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and met with warmth, curiosity, and care — while also offering gentle challenge when it supports your growth.

I believe our personal challenges and patterns often developed as adaptations that once made sense given our life experience. Together, we'll get curious about those patterns, and discover new ways of being, relating, and moving through the world.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are some of the most powerful forces in our lives — they shape our sense of self and our overall well-being. But sometimes we find ourselves stuck in patterns of disconnection, conflict, or emotional distance that can feel overwhelming and isolating.

I specialize in helping couples understand and transform those patterns. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the principles of Attachment Theory, we'll go beneath the surface to uncover the emotions driving your interactions — with mindfulness practices woven in to help you slow down and understand your inner experience.

"To be human is to need others, and this is no flaw or weakness."

Parenting Support

Parenting is one of the most meaningful and demanding journeys we take — full of joy, love, and connection, alongside stress, exhaustion, and old patterns we didn't expect to resurface. Therapy offers support as you navigate parenthood and look for more understanding, connection, and compassion within yourself and your family.

Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness, Hand in Hand Parenting, and attachment-based approaches, I help parents strengthen their relationships with their kids while tending to their own emotional well-being. We'll explore how you feel about yourself as a parent, how your own history shows up in your responses, and how to bring more presence and self-compassion into family life.

As children grow, each stage — from early childhood through adolescence — brings new transitions and new opportunities for connection. I help parents understand these shifts and stay grounded through them.

I also bring my experience as a birth doula and facilitator of mindful parenting groups to this work, understanding the profound impact pregnancy, birth, and early parenting have on individuals and couples.
