I'm a relationship-oriented person, and I find deep fulfillment in my connections with others — whether it's my family, friends, colleagues, or clients.
My background as a trained birth doula, supporting families through both home and hospital births, shaped my desire to become a therapist. I'm grateful to have offered a calm, steady, reassuring presence to people during some of their most vulnerable moments — an approach I now carry into my therapy practice. I'm passionate about childbirth empowerment, postpartum health, attachment parenting, and helping people move through life's biggest transitions.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me outdoors — cheering for my kids at their sports games, biking around Cape Cod in the summer, or hiking with my dog, Fudge. I also love to dance, see live music, and play backgammon with my husband.
